Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Umber Foods is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
