Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (remote)

Lumen Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
