Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
