Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Junction Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
