Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Lumen Maple Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
