Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood River Markets Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
