Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
