Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Omaha area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
