Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Omaha, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
