Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oklahoma City, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
