Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Drift Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
