Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
