Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around New Orleans. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
