Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around New Orleans. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
