Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
