Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
