Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing is a Nashville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
