Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fox Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
