Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Bright Field Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Nashville plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
