Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
