Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Miami, FL)

Nova Systems is an early-learning provider in Miami. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Miami. What you will do • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
