Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Miami, FL)

Bright Ember Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
