Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Maple Financial is a financial-services company in Memphis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
