Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Mill Energy Group is an energy provider in Madison focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
