Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Madison with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
