Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Nova Wilder Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Madison. What you will do • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
