Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Madison region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 406 people based in Madison. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
