Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Madison, WI)

Nova Pine Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • A relevant degree or certification.
