Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Lantern Insurance is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with premium billing.
