Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Union Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Louisville with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement.
