Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Beacon Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
