Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Louisville, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
