Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Louisville plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
