Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Umber Civic Services works with county and city offices around Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification.
