Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Oak Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
