Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Iron Financial serves customers across Little Rock with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
