Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
