Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification.
