Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Little Rock plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
