Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Little Rock. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
