Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
