Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
