Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment.
