Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is a Jacksonville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
