Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Corner Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • A relevant degree or certification.
