Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Jackson. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification.
