Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
