Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification.
