Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Forge Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
