Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Union Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
